SNEAKPEEK REFUNDS

At Charlie’s Angels Ultrasound, we are committed to providing accurate and reliable gender results through the SneakPeek Gender Blood Test. However, we understand that occasional discrepancies may occur. Please read the following refund policy carefully:

Eligibility for Refund:

A refund in the amount of $149.00 will be processed in the event of an inaccurate result. To qualify, the client must have a confirmation of the gender from one of the following:

• NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing)

• 20 week anatomy scan

Notification Requirements:

Clients are required to notify our studio within 5 business days of receiving gender results from any of the above tests if they differ from the SneakPeek test result. Notifications must include: Documentation of the confirmed gender from your healthcare provider (NIPT or anatomy scan).

Confirmation Ultrasound:

Clients are eligible to schedule a confirmation ultrasound at our studio starting at 14 weeks of pregnancy (at no additional charge). The confirmation scan is required for refund processing.

Refund Processing:

Refunds for inaccurate SneakPeek results will only be processed in-office after: A confirmation ultrasound at our studio (14+ weeks)

In cases where the refund is requested post-birth, the client will need to contact SneakPeek for processing.
