RESCAN POLICY

Ensuring the Best Possible Experience for You and Your Baby!

We understand that sometimes babies can be a bit shy or uncooperative during an ultrasound session, making it difficult to capture good pictures. 

To ensure you receive the best possible images, we offer a one time rescan under the following terms:

Price: $45.00 

To Be Determined: A rescan session will be determined and established before the end of initial appointment. Thereafter, you will be responsible for booking rescan session. 

Booking Timeframe: Must be scheduled no later than two weeks after your initial appointment.

Booking Requirements: To ensure continuity and accuracy, you must use the same name, phone number, and email address as your initial booking. If this information does not match, the rescan appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Exclusions: Gender 13+ weeks and Angel 5D/HD Premium packages. These two packages include a courtesy rescan and do not fall under this policy.
