Thank you for choosing Charlie’s Angels Ultrasound. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. Please read the following return guidelines carefully:

Return Guidelines:

Must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, for the return to be processed. Before returning the product, you must contact our team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return guidelines. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the inspection is completed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. 

Exlusions: 

This return policy does not apply to digital ultrasound frames that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. All 8k Real Baby enhancement sales are final.
