NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Please note that all appointment deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your appointment and the cancellation is made at least 2 day prior to your scheduled appointment. A gift certificate will be issued to you, minus a $2.50 administrative fee. This certificate can be used for future services only. Retail items excluded.

Cancellations made less than 1 day prior to appointment, or failure to attend, will result in the forfeiture of your appointment deposit without exceptions.
